At La Leche League (LLL) we’ve been providing information and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed their babies since 1956. All of our services are free of charge.

Each month we offer four breastfeeding support meetings for pregnant and nursing mothers, as well as a playgroup and an enrichment meeting covering topics beyond the basics of breastfeeding.

Our meetings are led by volunteer LLL Leaders, experienced breastfeeding mothers accredited by La Leche League to provide breastfeeding support. Leaders are familiar with breastfeeding management and will be happy to answer your questions at meetings (or by phone or email or at our Facebook chat group).

It’s perfectly fine to come late or leave early as needed. Sometimes with a baby it just takes awhile to get out of the house!
